Chef Ohnet Castor, known affectionately as Chef O, is a proud graduate of the New York Restaurant School, Class of 2000. His culinary journey began as a busboy, driven by determination and a deep love for food, and he rose through the ranks to become an accomplished Executive Chef.
While his heart and inspiration are rooted in the vibrant flavors of Caribbean cuisine, Chef O’s talent knows no boundaries. He masters dishes from every culture and background, bringing creativity and precision to every plate. His signature style seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, transforming Caribbean classics into fine dining masterpieces while preserving the authenticity of global flavors.

Chef Pierrefine developed a passion for cooking at a young age, inspired by the bold flavors and rich traditions of Caribbean cuisine. More than 20 years ago, Pierrefine honed her craft at the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York (now part of the International Culinary Center), where she mastered classical French techniques. This formal training, combined with her Caribbean heritage, laid the foundation for a distinctive culinary style that artfully blends bold island flavors with refined European influences.
